Refund Policy

Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:

● Failure to provide necessary documents for application processing.
● Rejection of the visa application.
● Cancellation or withdrawal of the application by the applicant.

If the above disqualifications do not apply, the Processing Fee may be refunded at Daltin AI’s discretion, only if:

● The applicant receives a visa acceptance AND Daltin AI confirms enrolment at the institution.
● The application is formally rejected by the institution.
● Please note that the Processing Fee may be applicable again if additional applications are submitted for the student after a refund has been provided.

This website is operated by Daltin edu Pvt. Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Daltin. Daltin offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. If there are defects in the products you have purchased, we abide by all statutory guarantee regulations.
